Portable Blasting Machine
Mobile Sandblasting Machine can sandblast with all types of sand. It has a trigger(deadman conttrol) and automatic device with remote control feature, water trap filter regulator, and 8-stage sand adjustment valve. In order to use our portable sandblasting machines, at least 22 kW screw compressor and air tank are required.
Portable shot blasting machines are used for blasting large-scale materials, vehicle parts, and vehicles where necessary ventilation conditions occur or at outdoor
In order to use portable blasting machines, at least a 22 kW screw compressor and air tank are required.
In our company, CE certified 50LT and 700LT mobile shot blasting machinery and boilers are produced.
The boilers of our sandblasting machines are subjected to 18 bar pressure water test even though they operate between 6 and 8 bar.
There are remote control triggers on our portable sandblasting machines which are completely our own production. In this way, there is no need for any other operator who will have to open and close the sand during sandblasting. Unnecessary sand flow is prevented.
Machine surface is painted with static oven / wet paint.
The machine is portable and has 2 or 3 wheels. (Except CSK 500 and CSK 700)
There is a manual sieve on the machine and it can sandblast with all kinds of sand.
There is an easily adjustable, 8-stage and chrome-plated sand adjustment valve on the machine.
There is a CE certified safety valve made of brass that evacuates the excess compressed air against the risk of explosion on the machine.
1 venturi nozzle and nozzle apparatus are supplied with the machine.
Half dress and mask will be given with the sandblasting machine.
There is a filter to prevent the entry of carbon monoxide gas into the mask.

HOW MANY BAR (PSI) SHOULD BE IN SANDBLASTING?
Air pressure in sandblasting is a very important factor that determines the efficiency and quality of the sandblasting process. It refers to the pressure of the compressed air used to push the abrasive material against the machined surface.
The required air pressure depends on the type of abrasive you are blasting, the type of work, and the equipment used. In general, the optimum working pressure for a sandblasting pot is approximately 85-90 PSI (1 bar = 14.5 PSI). This provides efficient and effective sandblasting. The compressor should provide sufficient airflow to keep the sandblasting pot (except for steel shot and steel grit) at least 50 PSI to keep it pressurized. A compressor with a PSI rating of 90 or more is needed for light-duty sandblasting, while medium and heavy-duty sandblasting requires a minimum of 100 PSI. Industrial-grade compressors may need a PSI rating of 120 or more. It is important to match the compressor size to the nozzle size and air volume required for your specific blasting process. If you are using a larger nozzle or blasting at higher pressures, you will need a compressor that can provide a higher air volume (CFM - measured in cubic feet per minute) to maintain the required pressure. Remember, air pressure for blasting should generally be between 60 and 100 PSI. Maintaining the correct air pressure is vital for both safety and efficiency. Operators should regularly check and adjust the pressure to suit the specific task at hand. Proper training and adherence to safety guidelines are essential to avoid accidents and ensure a successful blasting process. In summary, dry air pressure is a critical variable in blasting that affects the quality, speed and safety of the process. While there are typical pressure ratings, adjusting the pressure appropriately for the type of abrasive, the substrate material and the desired result is the key to achieving the best results.
