In concrete, bead-blasting is stronger due to weak layers, concrete milk. This can lead to clogging of the filters, which is why the fraction cannot be used again. Therefore, to work with a concrete base, it is necessary to use a vacuum cleaner with an engine from 4 kW.

The regulation of cleaning depends on the convenience and price of the appliance. Manual cleaning involves constantly shaking the filter after 5-10 minutes, otherwise the operation of the vacuum cleaner worsens. Automatic cleaning is more convenient, the filters themselves are shaken by compressed air after a certain time. When carrying out bead-blasting operations with machines of different capacities, it is necessary to use an appropriate vacuum cleaner for each device. If the power of the vacuum cleaner is too large, it absorbs suitable particles of the fraction, which increases consumption.
