PACKAGING AND LABELING

 

1. Materials will be packaged to ensure that they are received soundly at the place of delivery and to resist to the weather conditions at sea, air and highway transports and with the precautions taken against any damage and corrosion during loading, unloading and stacking.
2. Packages shall include the list of contents, package weight and dimensions in a visible and legible manner. Necessary precautions will be taken against erasure and wetting of such details.

 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

 

1. All our products are under UKAS Quality Management System (ISO 9001: 2000).
2. The following data and documents will be supplied to the Buyer as a data package together with the shipment.
3. Certificate of Conformity (Inspection acceptance report duly signed by the authorized signatories of our company to indicate conformity with the Technical Specifications)
4. Operation Manual
5. Warranty Certificate
6. A Copy of our Certificate of ISO 9001: 2000

                                                           

WARRANTY

 

1. Warranty period will be 24 months following the date of delivery.
2. Any defect arising from production and workmanship errors during the warranty period will be compensated by the manufacturer, and any cost will be not charged from the buyer for this reason.
3. The period of time spent for repairing the materials will be added to the warranty period.
4. Manufacturer will also supply an approved certificate guaranteeing that any maintenance and repair as well as spare parts of the machine will be supplied for minimum 10 (ten) years.
